Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms apply to two things: browsing this website, and the general basis on which Webcomp Digitex takes on video production and AI filmmaking work. The exact scope, price and delivery timeline for any specific shoot or project sit in that project’s own written proposal, and that proposal governs wherever it differs from what’s written here.

Using this website

Everything on webcompvideo.com — sample reels, capability descriptions, turnaround estimates — is provided as general information, kept accurate to the best of our knowledge. Anything specific to your project, especially pricing and dates, should be confirmed with us directly rather than assumed from the site.

Intellectual property

The design, copy and code of this site belong to Webcomp Digitex unless stated otherwise. Sample reels and past work shown here remain the property of the respective clients or Webcomp Digitex, exactly as set out in each project’s own contract — they’re shown for demonstration with permission, not implied ownership transfer.

Booking a shoot or an AI filmmaking project

Once you engage us, the deliverables, timeline, payment schedule and ownership terms for that specific project live in a separate written proposal or contract. What holds across all of them:

  • You get a fixed quote before work starts, scoped to what you’ve told us you need.
  • Raw footage, master files and delivered assets transfer to you on final payment, unless the specific agreement says otherwise.
  • Anything outside the agreed scope — an extra shoot day, an extra AI filmmaking variant batch — gets quoted and confirmed before we start on it, not billed afterward.

Payment

Payment terms are set per project. For video production, that’s typically a deposit to confirm the shoot date and a balance on delivery. For AI filmmaking, it may be per-project or billed monthly against an agreed variant volume — whichever applies is in your agreement. Work may pause on overdue accounts until payment is current.

Limitation of liability

We shoot and edit to the best of our ability and stand behind the work, but we can’t guarantee business outcomes — views, leads, conversions — that depend on factors outside the video itself, like where and how it’s distributed. Our liability for any claim tied to a project is capped at the amount paid for that specific project, except where law doesn’t permit that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

These terms get updated as our services or this site change. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
