Video Production Company in Pune
Our own crew, our own camera and lighting kit, our own edit suite — one Pune-based team owns a shoot from the first call to the final export.
What you actually get
Crew and kit we already own
Cameras, lighting, audio gear and the crew who run it are ours, not rented per booking. That matters more than it sounds — a rental house running short on a specific lens the week of your shoot, or a freelance operator double-booked on your date, are the kind of last-minute scrambles that push a shoot back or force a downgrade nobody agreed to. Owning the kit means the gear list we send you is what actually shows up, and the people behind the camera are the same people who'll be there for your next shoot too, not a different face each time.
Creative direction you sign off before the shoot, not after
A mood board, a shot list and a rough sequence get agreed with you before anyone books a location or calls talent, so the shoot day executes a plan you've already approved rather than improvising toward one. Too many shoots go sideways because the client's mental picture and the crew's plan were never actually the same picture — the fix is cheap and boring: put it on paper first. That upfront round costs a day or two of back-and-forth over email or a call, and it's the reason most of our shoots don't need an expensive reshoot to fix a direction nobody agreed to.
Shot with the crop already in mind
A vertical Reel needs headroom above the subject's head that a 16:9 hero video would waste, and a square feed post crops both sides off a widescreen frame — decisions that have to happen at the camera, not the timeline, because you can't invent picture that was never captured. Before we roll, we agree which formats the shoot needs to survive and frame every setup with the tightest crop in mind: extra space above and beside the subject for the vertical cuts, a second static wide angle for anything that'll run square, cutaways held a beat longer than the story needs so an editor has somewhere to breathe in a shorter version. It costs us nothing on the day and saves a client from finding out in the edit that a shot everyone loved can't actually be reframed.
A studio in Pimple Saudagar you can actually walk into
Pre-production meetings, footage reviews and final sign-off can happen in person at our Pimple Saudagar studio, a short drive from Wakad, Baner and the Hinjewadi IT corridor — useful when a note is easier to give looking at a screen together than typed into a comment thread. Remote review works fine for clients who prefer it, and we run that process too, but for Pune-based teams the option of sitting in the edit suite for a final pass is a real part of what working with a local crew gets you, not a marketing line.

Video production and reel edits, explained
What video production actually means
Video production covers the whole arc of making a video, not just pointing a camera at something. It starts with a concept and a shot list, moves through a shoot day where the footage actually gets captured, and finishes in the edit suite, where cuts, colour, sound and graphics turn raw clips into something a client can publish. Skip any one of those three stages and it shows: footage without a plan wastes a shoot day figuring out coverage on set, and a shoot without a proper edit stays a folder of clips nobody watches all the way through.
We run all three stages under one roof in Pimple Saudagar, so a project doesn't get handed off between a production company and a separate editing vendor partway through. The same people who scoped the shot list are still there when the final export gets signed off.
What counts as a reel edit
A reel is a short, vertical video built for how Instagram, YouTube Shorts and similar feeds actually get watched — usually under 30 seconds, cut to hold attention in the first couple of seconds rather than build toward a slow reveal. Because we're on set anyway, a reel gets its own line in the shot list: a strong opening image shot specifically to open on, extra takes of whatever moment is doing the hook, and coverage that holds up cropped tight and vertical, not just wide and horizontal. That's the advantage of planning it before the shoot rather than discovering afterward that the best five seconds of footage were framed for a screen nobody's holding vertically.
We shoot and edit reels as part of the same production day as a longer piece, or as a standalone booking when a client only needs the short form. Either way, a reel gets time in the shot list and a few extra minutes of camera setup, not a promise to "pull something out" of footage captured for something else entirely.

FAQ
Questions before you get started.
Corporate overviews, product and service demos, event coverage and testimonial films make up most of our booking calendar, mainly for manufacturing, healthcare and real-estate clients around Pune — though we take on work outside those sectors regularly too.
We bring our own crew and standard kit for both on-location and studio shoots. If a project needs specialised equipment outside that, we'll say so upfront rather than substitute something that won't do the job.
Both are on the table. Some clients want a locked cut to react to; others prefer a session in the edit suite watching decisions get made in real time. Tell us which you'd rather do and we'll plan the schedule around it.
It's scoped as part of the same shoot, not three separate productions. We ask which platforms you need before the shoot day and capture accordingly, so the cutdowns come from footage built for them rather than a single master reformatted after the fact.
